The new system and programs are up and running on Wodfollow!

Alright guys I’m getting pretty stoked about the switch over to Wodfollow!
While making this transition to a more team like environment we’ve also decided to expand upon what we can offer you guys. We will begin offering 2 Outlaw Barbell templates vs just the 5 day template we’ve been offering now for a few years. We have seen that the 5 day template can be a bit too much volume for some of you who add our program on top of your current CrossFit program.
With that being the case we will also be adding a 3 day template geared to serve as an add on or supplemental program to your current training plan. This program will work great for masters athletes and anybody who is looking to seriously improve their lifting for CrossFit but without the risk of overtraining.
The 5 day program will serve CrossFit athletes that respond well to high volume, athletes that need to focus most of their effort on weightlifting and strength training to reach their CrossFit goals and of course all you weightlifters out there looking to maximize your potential exclusively in weightlifting.
Due to the nature of this transition the programs will no longer be free. However, you all will have a much more personal coach/athlete and athlete/athlete connection with myself, my father, and all the people who you have been following us with for the past few years!
We recognize many of you have been with us since day 1 so we want to offer all you guys a lifetime discount. The normal prices will be set to $15 and $25 per month for the two programs. You guys will only pay $10 and $20 for LIFE when you sign up for either or both of our templates.
Guys, I can’t express how great this transition will be and how much fun we are going to have. I hope everyone’s test week went well for those of you who were brave enough to max out and tackle 17.3… which turned out to be a max out session for a lot of people anyways.
Here comes the good stuff!
Effective Monday April 3rd Outlaw Barbell will be exclusively offered on Wodfollow. The Dave Fleming and I are really excited. This switch will allow us to create a whole new team like atmosphere and build a community for all us Outlaws to train together. Dave and I want to train alongside you guys and work with you on a level like never before and this is where it begins.
The traditional OBB style of programming that many of you have seen such great progress with will remain very similar. However, the program will take a new twist designed to create a competitive environment where outlaws from all around the world can come together to train and compete everyday and thrive together as a team.
The Outlaw community has felt like a family to me for many years! It’s time to create an environment where WE CAN ALL feel the same sense of family and community that I’ve felt working with all you guys the past several years.
Along with the new training platform (Wodfollow) which has so many great capabilities we will also be creating an Outlaw FB group exclusive to all of you who follow us into this new chapter. This group will serve as a home base to upload training videos, articles, memes, podcasts and whatever material us Outlaws will find motivating, knowledgeable, funny and will create a team like environment.
The way I see it is that it’s time to thrive or die. WE are going to take this step forward together and become something more then we’ve ever been.
Join us in this move and become better then you’ve ever been and have a shit ton of fun in the process!

* The next 3 weeks will be light and technique based while we finish the open and then we will hit the ground running as we start up on Wodfollow.
Alright folks this is the final week of cycle 10. This week is a test week so have some fun and see where you’re at. Given that we’re in the middle of the open some of you may not test everyday to save yourself for 17.3 so just have fun.
Also, the Outlaw Barbell programming will be switching over to Wodfollow in the next month similar to the main Outlaw template. This will give a much more in depth experience to all of you guys who have been following our programming. The new platform will allow everyone to create a profile and directly log your training numbers (if you choose) and add comments for my father and I to see. This switch will also help to create a community where everyone will have an opportunity to compare training numbers as well as list comments to a thread each week to communicate with others following the program.
I’m pretty excited for this switch because it will give my father and I the opportunity to connect with all of you guys at a deeper level and be more directly involved with your daily training! As we get closer to this switch I will post the details on how to get setup.
