Alright folks this is the final week of cycle 10. This week is a test week so have some fun and see where you’re at. Given that we’re in the middle of the open some of you may not test everyday to save yourself for 17.3 so just have fun.
Also, the Outlaw Barbell programming will be switching over to Wodfollow in the next month similar to the main Outlaw template. This will give a much more in depth experience to all of you guys who have been following our programming. The new platform will allow everyone to create a profile and directly log your training numbers (if you choose) and add comments for my father and I to see. This switch will also help to create a community where everyone will have an opportunity to compare training numbers as well as list comments to a thread each week to communicate with others following the program.
I’m pretty excited for this switch because it will give my father and I the opportunity to connect with all of you guys at a deeper level and be more directly involved with your daily training! As we get closer to this switch I will post the details on how to get setup.

Open season is upon us! For those of you just weightlifting have fun this week. Those of you competing in the open my heart goes out to you! This will be my first time competing in the open… WTF did I sign myself up for lol. Here goes nothing.

Nothing like a little Dixieland delight! I had a bunch of you guys email me about OBB coming down to your gym’s all across the south this Spring. I’m stoked about spending some time down in the deep south again. Stay tuned next week as I start to release the locations and the dates of these camps!

Happy New Year, everyone! It’s a new year and another great opportunity for you to invest in yourself! Let us help you better your lifting at one of our Outlaw Training camp or with some personalized programming. Everyday is truly another opportunity to better yourself so don’t put off for tomorrow what you can start today. A quote a buddy of mine once shared with me that has stuck with me to this day was “You know when the best time to plant a tree is? 10 years ago… and right f*cking now!”. So never let yourself think you’re too late or there isn’t enough time. Plant your tree today and change yourself for the better now!!
Our next Outlaw Barbell camp will be Sat, Jan 28 – Sun, Jan 29 in Gresham, OR. These camps are a fantastic opportunity to reshape the way you approach the Snatch and Cj in both the way you yourself do the movements as well as coach them.
Or if you’re looking to learn a little and play a lot you can join me in Mexico Fri, Feb 10 – Thur, Feb 16th for a 1 day Outlaw camp then a week of just kicking back and having some time at the beach.
